ACS Certification Exam Prep
On August 1, 2012, the American Cheese Society (www.cheesesociety.org) offers its first annual Certification Exam for Cheese Professionals, an opportunity for formal acknowledgement of the competencies of established North American cheese professionals. Cheese Culture is coaching several Canadian candidates toward a successful result on the challenging exam. Candidates sitting either the 2012 or 2013 exam will benefit from our Master Classes for Cheese Retailers.
